A future to be dietitian? Yup, i am working towards my degree in dietetics in UPM (University of Putra Malaysia) which is known as a research university in Malaysia.

Why i choose this course? Oops…i was asked on this famous question since my enrollment into this course. Some people will say that the labor demand for this course is too limited; some would say that the earning power of dietitian in Malaysia is not promising; and blah blah blah…. Actually this was my first choice when i filled in the online registration form when I applied for university. And why again? I should say that i love about nutrition. Another question arises — then why don’t you choose to be a nutritionist? I think i will answer this question in next post which i may clarify on the difference between a nutrionist and a dietitian. The passion for nutrition started to rock me since i was small.

 I like to read those magazines which talking on good diet, nutrition, exercise, and good quality of life (QOL). And i like to read recipes. Yup, simply reading. Crazy? Noop, i would say i was too lazy to be there in the kitchen. This profession offers me the opportunity to match my interests to the lifelong career..so why not?

 I would say that i didn’t regret for choosing this field. When time went by, i learn more and more in this profession and i see lots opportunities and varieties there.

And i seems happy here…
